Hello everyone I want to start by saying that most of the people that left bad reviews hear are probably holding a grudge because let me say I been living hear for almost two years now and nothing but grate help is what I have got from all staff specifically from the maitnence side if I have any problems it's addressed the same day and professionalism Albert is the head of maitnence and very nice person and as is alex he even helps me wen he sees me in the parking with my groceries so dont fall in to the false negativity thank you riversedge team

Hello let me say that my actions in the past were intolerable. I was suffering from an anxiety order that i didn't know i had compounded with my life struggles i was not thinking clearly. I want to apologize to the staff at Rivers Edge. Whatever the decision should be i stand by my sincere apologies. This place Rivers Edge was like my second home. Loved it. I would say. Yes go rent here

I lived at the apartment complex for 5 years. It was a great starter apartment for my family but we needed more space. A few cons that I did have was guest parking. Some tenants had multiple cars that weren’t operable and taking up limited guest parking spaces but were overlooked because they were consistently being moved to appear as operable which the office was fully aware of. The apartment complex does need to think about requesting more trash pickups due to the amount of tenants and the limited trash bins that creates overflow which is unsanitary and encourages pest such as Skunks, Raccoons, and Armadillos to take over the apartment complex at night and early mornings. It made it difficult to take out trash past 9pm or be at work before sunrise out of fear of being sprayed.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Alex, our maintenance worker here at the complex. He is incredibly friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. I recently asked him for help carrying some furniture, and he didn’t hesitate for a second. He went above and beyond to assist me, and I truly appreciated his kindness. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and genuine. We’re really lucky to have someone like him in our community.

I love living here at River's Edge. Besides the fact that everything you could possibly need in your apartment is provided including the best CEO of Maintenance is wonderful! His name is Albert and that man doesn't waste any time making sure your service requests are expedited, performed properly, and cleans up like you never knew he was there. In my opinion, Albert is one hell of a professional Service Manager!! Thanks Albert for all you do for us. Linda Robinson
