Run down and out of date. The bathroom tubs are VERY unsafe for seniors. The rent is very high and you must make over 40k a year to qualify for this joke of "subsidized" low income housing. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of seniors. Also, there is never a manager available when they need help.

As a resident, I recently had a ladies church group meet together in the facility hospitality room. Everyone was so impressed with the room. It is always so nicely decorated and clean. I want to thank Shileen Skipping, the property manager, for all she does to make us feel at home and well looked after. Settlement Estates has fabulous floor plans and John, our maintenance man, is superb. If you are looking for an excellent location for senior living in Bastrop, your search is over!

The property is so well kept, I took my grandmother to apply here. The staff is so welcoming and helpful.

My grandma loved this place and it was so beautiful and quiet.

This place is supposed to be for seniors citizens, but the prices of this place are ridiculous.
