Very unprofessional. Non responsive and selective with who we wants to deal with when renting a commercial space out. We were looking at renting a space in Bastrop and he definitely was not interested in communicating with us, never called back and after continuously trying to sign a contract and get him to help us move forward with it, we received a message (NOT A CALL) with him saying someone else wanted to rent the space after we continuously tried to rent the space and get ahold of him. won’t answer calls or text. This is very fishy and upsetting as a professional realtor should not act this way, he also expressed pushback as if he didn’t want to rent to us.
