The Preserve at Hunters Crossing

This is my first time getting an apartment, and the ladies were super sweet and helpful! They walk you through everything you need to do and are very polite if you have any questions/concerns. Also, the maintenance team is amazing! We had one small complaint and they fixed it within the same hour we notified the office. They’re truly an amazing team who seems to care about their tenants. Not only that, but the neighbors are all respectful and friendly, and the apartment itself is super cute and cozy. If you’re a first-time renter or just looking for something extremely nice at an affordable price, I would totally recommend them! :)

We have been here for almost three years with little to no problems. Nice, comfy apartments with easy access to to downtown, shopping and all our daily needs. Quiet area most nights. Complex management has always been attentive to any needs, no problems with maintenance as we have had the couple of issues we have had fixed the same day.

My daughter and I after being home challenged for many years God blessed by sending us here. I’m in love with our apartment and all amenities, including but not just the pool. The staff is awesome AND were very helpful in our applying process. Thank you both J’s. Jen and Jess!! God bless you!

I have been living in this complex for two and a half years and it has been a great experience. The women in the office are always so helpful and willing to work with you. A great community for my son who often plays outside with the other kids.

I have been here for three years. The location is great and convenient to downtown shopping, small town comfort eatery's, close schools the Airport, and university of Texas. No need to go far to shop. The units are new and kept and maintained well. The rent is probably the best rent you will find in Bastrop. It's a clean and safe community. Everyone watches out for one another and makes for a single mom to feel safe! Jenny in the office has always been so easy to work with in any situation. :)
