09/23/2019: The David Weekley Homes staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Between the 50' and 65' lots there is a lot of choices on various floorplans. When we got to the design phase there were a lot of different choices there as well. Unfortunately for us we were on a limited budget with our build but that did not deter the DWH staff in the least. They worked with us knowing what our budget was to find the upgrades we wanted while also keeping us under budget. We signed on our house prior to the model in The Colony Riverside being opened which was no problem. My wife and I met the DWH staff at the model home just a few miles away at their Pecan Park model home in Bastrop. They are closing out there and will be moving their staff over to The Colony Riverside as soon as the model hom

Really nice homes, great community and amenities but we just couldn't deal with HOAs and having your neighbors house right outside your window. Really nice homes though.
