Pam in the office is always so patient and helpful. Also, the manager, Caroline, doesn't seem to mind my many questions of trying to figuring out this condo HOA thing. It's new to me so I need guidance at times. I don't like to ask for help but need to. I'm not met with frustration but rather answers.

Sentry Management I have dealt with them as a whole company in another state. Every management team isn’t going to be as patience as Sentry. They work with the community not against. With the confluence soulless entities and draconian cost-saving measures implemented by corporate suits nowadays, rare is the interaction with someone at these sterile institution who CARES! At Sentry Property, Bonnie Gonzalez is THAT person; she of decades of property management experience; ever-present smile; immediate follow-up or pretty darn close, and overseer as property manager of our humble condo community of thirty-five units here in the swamps of Central Florida. Bonnie's personable dedication to her job and clients while balancing the high-wire act as the conduit between residents and the “Board,” renders one only too happy to comply with her thankless position as messenger from said “Board”: “Robert, your balcony needs trimming!” CLIP! Bonnie Gonzalez has been so helpful and I truly appreciate her kindness! As a single family homes property manager I encounter Association Managers often and typically they are not kind or helpful. However, that was NOT the case here and I just wanted to publicly thank Bonnie!
