Home inspection was prompt and very detailed. We had them include the 4 point and wind inspection for insurance at the same time. Pictures from drone and attic are a real plus to have when buying a home. We recommend them

Don’t waste your money. By some miracle we had a perfect - zero findings - new construction inspection report. Following the inspection we found several very obvious problems. Additionally, after expressing our disappointment in the quality of the “inspection”, we have yet to receive any refund or even an apology after a month. Phone calls are handled rudely as if you’re being bothersome. You are *literally* better off doing your own inspection. What the owner wrote in response isn’t true. The punch list was created days after Neal development groups inspection was done. In fact, it was the builder - being aware of the issues - who first questioned the quality of the report.
