I rented a home in Eustis for nearly three years and had an increasingly troubling experience with Stephanie as property manager. Despite our strong commitment to communication, we were often left ignored for months. Safety issues went unresolved, including a broken back door that led to break-ins. A major water leak left us with a $635 bill, which Stephanie promised—both verbally and in writing—to reimburse, yet never did. Her handling of the leak placed me under undue duress during my pregnancy. Olsson Properties is a dream to work with. Avery Curry went above and beyond managing my property. As an out of state owner, she handled everything from collecting rent from the tenant, repairs, managing any issues that came up and she did it all in a very timely manner and was completely professional. She is one of the hardest workers I’ve come across and that is not easy to find these days. Projects were fully completed and she was always so sweet and pleasant the entire time. She provides A+ customer service and I highly recommend.
