Sawgrass Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I promise you will regret it. The place overall looks nice on the photos and in person… but its all a cover up. Everything is cheap and breaks very easily. When you call for maintenance they do come but do a temporary fix. Worse of all… THERE IS AN INFESTATION OF ROACHES. Everything has to get thrown out in the process of moving. I am very disappointed. However; the new manager Lendi has been doing a way better job then the pass manager. There is no fixing this place unless torn down and rebuilt.

Incredible apartments with amazing maintenance team and apartment manager. John- Micheal is an incredibly diligent and positive apartment manager. Beautiful apartments, incredibly clean outdoors.

I would highly recommend Sawgrass Apartments in Pinellas Park. John-Michael is our new property manager and has done an excellent job. He has worked hard with other staff to make it a clean and safe place to live. Been here since 2022 when it switched hands and it's only improved. Great place to live

Horrible experience living here. From move in day air conditioner didn't work our apartment was 85 degrees inside for 3 days. After being fixed we see unfinished holes everywhere. Neighborhood is very loud our next door neighbors sit outside their door and do karaoke and play music full blast outside! Management has done nothing even after informed. There are unattended children wandering around leaving trash ect and people sitting outside all day smoking weed all day. It's not a place you want younger children to live. Last night our car was towed for not having a parking decale even though we asked for one days ago . The manager is never available

I moved in a few years ago when Sawgrass was under the old management, Sharon. Let’s say things were not ideal and were definitely not accurately represented as you’d see online. Fast forward - we had a new manager and head of maintenance, Lendi & Bob. These two together have made such an impact. Lendi is always quick to respond and Bob is on top of any maintenance concern in the blink of an eye. I truly believe that they will continue to improve Sawgrass. Bob and Lendi are the only reason I decided to renew here.
