I had an extremely frustrating experience with Ross & Morgan Company Inc., a management company that fell significantly short of expectations, specifically regarding a request to have our condominium's jacuzzi repaired. Despite reaching out to them three months ago concerning the issue, the resolution process has been anything but smooth. The company has dispatched numerous service personnel to address the problem, but it quickly became evident that the quality of these workers was lacking. They were unable to diagnose that the underlying issue was with the jacuzzi's timer, which prolonged the discomfort and inconvenience. For the past nine years, one of my neighbors has been keeping his boat in his driveway, which is against the HOA rules. Although I don't mind the boat or trailer being out for a trip, it has been out for 80% of the time over the past nine years. Despite several requests from neighbors to address this issue, Ross Morgan, who is responsible for enforcing the HOA rules, has been unwilling to act. I had a few questions couple of days in a row because we just moved in and Diana one of the associates has been very patient with all my questions and thorough in explaining a few things to me. We’re so happy to have Ross Morgan as our managment company. We love our community manager and her assistant at Valencia Northridge HOA. So far it has been nothing but a positive experience. My family takes advantage of the community amenities and we love how our main pool is heated while most other HOA’s don’t have this privilege. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE management company. I cannot stress enough to not use them. When purchasing a property they allowed us to go through an escrow even though the unit was not up to CC&Rs - this was also never provided to us ahead of time. Once we decided to sell our property we were burnt with covering the costs of updating all of the flooring. Now I am a reasonable person, so I understand okay we should have covered all of our bases - FINE we will eat the costs from YOUR mistake because WE didnt do our homework.
