Of the 16 latest reviews, 10 are by people designated as "local guides". Local guides receive "points" for reviews which can lead to discounts, exclusive events, or new Google features. 9 of those 10 gave one star and the other a 2 star rating. Do they really live in communities managed by PMSI? In reading some of the "real reviews", seems as though at least some people don't read their HOA documents BEFORE the home purchase. Perhaps they should have never bought in an HOA community....one person even blamed PMSI for not giving them the HOA documents, a responsibility of realtor (full disclosure) prior to purchase. Nobody answers the phone. My property manager Maria Herez only works on Thursdays according to her voice mail. I've tried the operator which is just a voice mailbox. No one in sales or billing will answer the phone. There's no way to get in touch with them.

I paid my HOA fee and when I looked at my bank account they took out 3x!!! I am furious. Have placed multiple phone calls to get resolved still waiting for them to credit my bank account!!! As well as this caused me late fees I am asking them to reimburse!!

The worst customer service. They don't respond to calls, but they are very quick to cash your dues check.

Allows illegal fees in their neighborhoods and does nothing about them. Law suit waiting to happen.
