Penn Circle

I have only lived here since October but it has been a wonderful experience. The office staff is extremely helpful and nice. The clubhouse is amazing and every month they have community gatherings. Its feels more like a friends and family community then just living in a complex. I have not had any issues with my apartment and I would definitely recommend Penn Circle to anyone.

We’re coming up to the end of our lease, and looking back, this has been one of the most comfortable and well-run communities we’ve lived in. The apartment has felt like home from day one, and whenever something needed attention, maintenance showed up quickly. We had a rapid leak under the kitchen sink and even this was handled with the necessary urgency. The staff is also kind and put real efforts into hosting events for residents, which makes the community feel welcoming and lively. Overall, we’ve really enjoyed our time here and appreciate how well everything has been managed. ⭐️

The staff here are wonderful and supportive. They are quick to help and answer questions. Maintenance occurs in a timely manner and I have enjoyed living here. The communal areas are clean and well kept. The apartments are nice and all have a patio or a balcony. The only issue is the pet screening website they use. I have 2 ESAs and getting them approved was a nightmare. It took several weeks and my doctor had to write 3 different letters before it was approved. Pet screening also tried to dig for personal medical information during the process and pressured for specific medical reasons for the ESAs. This was beyond stressful for me and I was having panic attacks trying to figure it out. I would have rated 5 stars if not for the usage of this horrible and predatory website. People with dis

Wonderful experience getting into our apartment here. Went thru so many hoops (us not the community) but eventually got into our dream apartment. Thanks to Ashley, she was so communicative, and actively responding quickly. We loved having her help on moving in! The apartments themselves are gorgeous and up to date, the outside amenities are also very aesthetic pleasing with the lights! Overall had a great experience on the process getting in, happy to be in this community! Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone in the area for the price + amenities + apartments, is such a great deal!

I can’t stress this enough—DO NOT move here. Over the course of my lease, we’ve had 7 leaks in our apartment, ranging from minor to major water damage. They’ve sent maintenance out each time, but the leaks inevitably return. I actually have had great experiences with said maintenance, but there is just only so much they can do. We’ve had water dripping through the ceiling, soaked carpets, and mold starting to form, yet we haven’t been offered any compensation for the ongoing issues. It’s not just the leaks—it’s the fact that every time we reach out, we’re met with excuses, delays, and no real solutions. They clearly don’t care about their tenants or their property. We’ve paid full rent through all of this, despite living with constant disruptions and damage to our apartment. Save yourself
