I am very impressed with this apartment complex and its staff. I was first assisted a month ago while still in Alaska by Stephanie, the property manager. I informed her I would be in town by May 16, 2025. She helped me secure an apartment that fit my needs. She told me about the area and places where I could get the things I needed for my new apartment. Her wealth of knowledge and warm personality made me comfortable securing a place in this apartment complex. On the day of my arrival, May 16, my flight was delayed twice, which almost created a problem for me with arriving at the apartment complex before the close of the day to sign in and get my keys. This was the best experience I’ve had with an apartment in a very long time! The apartments are beautiful and everyone around me were just super nice and friendly. The pool amenities are perfect and I enjoyed using it all summer long. The staff is wonderful and the grounds were always kept to perfection. My overall experience was 100% to my satisfaction. If the opportunity arises I will be back. I rate it very high! It was the perfect home away from home 🫶🏻

Pebblebrook apartments is the best in town. Best in the Jacksonville area. The Management and Staff have been amazing. They really seem to care about the apartments and they know what kind of place they want it to be. The Maintenance staff is amazing. It's so clean and peaceful here. We recently took on two apartments. Recently our family of five became an empty nest. Now my wife and I enjoy a B1 unit which is two bedrooms while my daughter has an A3 unit which is the largest of the one bedroom apartments. We love the pool. So so clean. And the grounds are so tranquil and peaceful. There isn't a bad parking spot here. And every unit is home. Thank you Kenneth; you are an amazing property manager. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
