Creekside Village Apartments

I lived here for 2 years from 2022 to 2024 and it almost killed me. The roaches, the mold, the overpayments of rent. There is mold and nasty people living there and stray cats all over. Don’t move here or you will regret it. We all got sick and the family across from us were being charged 800 a month and I was charged 700 and guess what? I was only supposed to be paying 546. So I’m about to contact a lot of different agencies. Who wants to be covered in roach excrement and have ur rent stolen!?

Worst Apartment Complex ever. I have lived here a little under a year and there has been 2 different managers and a long period of time where there was no manager. It took multiple months to finally be approved and even after we moved in we had to reapply! Our rent has changed 4 times in under a year and there has been no work done to our apartment. The unit they gave us wasn't even clean when we moved in! The current apartment manager is not computer literate which is how she does most of her job! Our Lease says we have monthly pest control but there hasn't been anyone to spray the apartment in months. Save your money move somewhere else!

The complex has changed a lot in the last two years. I am happy to know that tidemore management stills own property.

The new management has done wonders with this complex I will be moving in here pretty soon I'm super excited🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
