Very well maintained just nosie people around

Moved here in November. Been very quiet. Manager is very nice. Maintenance good n friendly. So far I love it. Previous apartment mgr. Lawn is upkept also. There’s always, no matter what property you live there’s Always gonna be someone driving by with loud music once in awhile.!!!

We live at Jacksonville Square Apts for 3 years. It was quiet, aside from the occasional jerk with the blaring car radio, and well-kept. Amy was easy to work with and respectful; you work with her, she works with you. My only complaint was that they would not replace a faulty stove that had a nest of roaches in it. Otherwise it was a decent place to live.

Jacksonville Square Apartments is a great place to live. We have maintenance, Orkin for Pest Control each month, air filters gets changed every month. It's great for every type seniors, children and family's. Everyone that lives here are very nice and helpful. We look out for each other. This is the best place to live in Jacksonville, Texas.

The worst place to live. Apartments are run down, needs good management and maintenance person that doesn't get into everybody's business
