No issues, the closing went smoothly. There wasn't a lot of communication compared to what I've been used to in the past with closings. I would use them again no problem

Extremely heavy hearted as I leave this review, as I hate to hinder anyone’s livelihood, BUT I am in hopes this will be used by Cherokee Title as an opportunity to grow and better their services. Cherokee Title is the absolute worst Title Company I have ever worked with. I have sold over $30,000,000 in Real Estate and worked with several companies and this one has left a horrible taste in my mouth, as it has my Client’s. Horrible communication and responsiveness. Lack of diligence and care. Very unprofessional! I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. If you’re a Realtor, I would highly recommend taking your business else where if you want a timely close, professionalism, responsiveness, and a level of care on behalf of your Client.
