I moved into Parkway Terrace about a month ago and chose it because I liked the smaller community and more attentive and responsive management. I came from a much larger complex where management was not very helpful or attentive. So far, my experience has been really good. Maria has been very helpful and responds the same day. The complex is very clean and feels very safe and secure, which was my concern at my prior complex. The maintenance, cleaning, and management have all been very professional, super helpful and present. I also have a little dog and it is super convenient to have two dog parks inside the complex as well as a safe community to walk him around in. Overall, a good experience moving in and hoping to stay here long-term.

I’ve lived at Parkway Terrace for about 13 years, and I’m considered one of the newer long-term residents here. What really stands out to me is the strong sense of community — neighbors look out for one another, and it’s a place where families, professionals (both active and retired), and long-time residents coexist respectfully. My first connection to this community was through my mom, a retired teacher, who chose to move here. The complex was built in 1970, and like many older properties, it has its challenges. Historically, response times to maintenance issues were slower than residents would like. That said, I want to call out improvements where they’re genuinely happening. Since Maria Galvan became Community Manager, I’ve seen a real effort to improve communication and responsivenes

EDIT: Since Maria became the community manager, things switched made an 180 degree turn. She immediately picked up my case, solved all my outstanding issues and things became great again. Maria is super responsive, always available and just makes things happen. While I was potentially considering moving out, I m now a happy tenant. I’m only keeping my original review below as reference to show how Maria managed to turn the nightmare into a dream. Thanks Maria! We are lucky to have you there! Preview Review: I’ve been living here for over two years, and while everything used to be fine, this place has become an absolute nightmare ever since the manager left last year. The situation is beyond absurd — there are literally no managers here anymore! On October 1st 2025, I suddenly received an

Literally a nightmare. Don't move here. Agreed with another comment that this is hands-down the most negligent unprofessional management company I've ever dealt with. My lease ended recently and despite multiple attempts trying to reach someone regarding the move out process, there has been zero communication. I'm still being charged with next month's rent even though I've already moved out! There is no property manager onsite so there is no live person to speak to about any concerns you may have. We've had issues with keys not working, package locker not opening, repair requests seemingly going unanswered because it takes them such a long time to address. The elevator kept breaking down for the longest time and residents had to rally to help a wheelchair bound tenant get around. Tenants

UPDATE: This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. The only way to get anyone’s attention is by editing my comments here. My online payment method is locked, and when I reached out to Maria, she just passed me off to Hasani — this so-called ‘building manager’ who has NEVER called, NEVER shown up, and who I’ve NEVER even met. Now I’m being slapped with a late fee because I can’t pay online? What kind of management is this?! It’s nonexistent. This is hands-down the most negligent, unprofessional operation I’ve ever dealt with. Do not move here! The second night I moved in my packages were all stolen and no management reached out to me! They kept saying this “building manager” will call me and share the surveillance video but no one called! It has been 6 months and never heard from no one. There’s no s
