Park Apartments

I usually don’t post reviews, I just want to protect the people who may potentially be seeking a place to live and are currently considering these apartments. My husband and I moved into these apartments back in March of 2022 and it has been a nightmare since the day we stepped foot in our apartment. I want to start with the good aspects of the apartments to remain fair, but unfortunately the cons significantly outweigh the pros. The apartment had brand new appliances including stove and refrigerator when we moved in with beautiful laminate flooring. The buildings are concrete and nicely insulated for the hot months during the summer. Although the apartments appear beautiful at first look, the issues run deeper. Don't apply for their apartment. It's a total scam. They will show you the apartment with incorrect rent information and once you apply for their apartment they will change the listing information so that they can force you to pay higher rent. That's how they kept our application fee even though we were approved for the apartment. I think they do it with lot other people to make it a consistent earning for them. Also, their application fee is three times higher than the others in that area. Stay away from them unless you want to waste 250$-300$ without any reason!!

Landlord is a slumlord. Refuses to fix anything at all and now is trying to evict us during a pandemic. I have 3 children and nowhere else to go. Does not fix anything in a timely manner and always want their money without fixing anything. Horrible horrible place. This is now the 3rd owner in 3 years. I dont NOT advise anyone to live here. They are charging well over $1000 in rent and not properly fixing things. Back porch has been in the same condition as when i moved in, not safe and rusty nails coming out of the wooden porch and also rotting. Very unsafe for my children.

scam alert !!!!!! Yasmine ovalles and the whole team are a bunch of frauds they steal lie and don't care about anything but money . Beware they have 5 different properties and run all of them the same don't waste your money or time you will be disappointed
