So we have a new manager. Christina Tejeda and she is trying to sleep with My Husband that is also a tenant. They fired Gary because of Ageism and Racism and now You bring In this lady. Her attitude is terrible and she overcharged us in RENT! We are going to move ASAP! And I'm going to get a Lawyer and Sue the Property Management Company for Sexual Harassment! She told My Husband "This bright red hair feels good being pulled from the back and might get you a discount on the rent " and laughed. Wow Pacific Winds You have a Lawsuit coming!

This apartment complex is probably one of the worst ones in Hawthorne. The current management is totally unjust. They give leeway to other tenants and use favoritism. They let some tenants get away with breaking rules. If you need something fixed, they will fix it, but only for it to be broken again. Whenever they do maintenance it's most likely a poor job.
