I am a vendor that has been working with Jay Realty for several years now. I wanted to take the time and let people know how thoughtful of a company they are. Not only to their tenants but their vendors as well. I could honestly say I’ve had hundreds of interactions with them And I’ve seen how they act and respond to their tenants. When there is an issue, I’ve seen how they care about the properties that they manage. They are always on top of making sure the Properties look great. Mainly they treat the tenants And the vendors with respect and that goes a long way. I live in Castellana 2 before and after JRealty took over as management. Our manager, Cynthia A., is one of the best and always on top of keeping our apartment is the best condition. Very responsive and quick to make sure we are taken care of. I always see her cleaning and making sure everything is in top shape. Security is also a top priority for her. I feel safe because of Cynthia making sure our building is safe and secured. Easy to communicate and talk to. It says a lot about JRealty that they have great apartment managers who truly care about the tenants. Cynthia is definitely someone that is looking out for us.

We both love the apartment. Complex is quiet, well kept, and Daniel (the on site manager) has exceeded expectations and gone out of his way not only to have the apartment in order in a timely manner but to make us feel welcome and at home. Cannot thank Daniel and the rest of the team enough for their professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Five stars all day!

Bruce has been extremely proactive, friendly and helpful ever since the first day we met him 2 years ago at Belvedere apartments in North Torrance/Redondo Beach. We couldn’t have had a better property manager. When my wife saw the apartment for the first time, he showed her the place and she told me it was an awesome experience and she was excited for the move. We are moving out soon to a rental home and will miss this community here. The location itself is beautiful and quiet. Thank you Bruce for everyone you have done for us inviting us to the barbecues and family church events for the kids. We appreciate it!
