Icon at Rosecrans Apartments

This is horrible building management are weak sitting in the office for symbol they don’t even control. dogs and humans urine everywhere. The people who have a dog they don’t no, how to manage the dogs they walk out from home and they let them to urine in front of their door. This is disgusting dirty we are very tired of control your dogs.

The building is built at a slant. The construction workers were told but they kept building anyways. Building will fall eventually. Look at the other apartments near by in comparison. Management is bad, kids break people windows out of their cars. Building overall is nasty and has terrible management. Needs to be shut down and torn down

I visited the management office last week, to get more information about Icon. The gentle man and young lady who work in the office were very welcoming to me. The young lady was informative and professional! I can tell they're both working hard to process all the applications they're receiving on a daily basis. Thank you for your time.

horrible, unorganized, and a waste of time. I visited the office, which isn't really a office, its a spot in a strip mall kinda place.. you go inside and they give you an app, but you can not fill it out there and can only use blue ink. They rushed me along. The Mexican female there was rude, she doesn't greet anyone, but the guy does and was friendly, but was rush you out. Annoying that they keep taking thousands of app but only have 140 units available. They want you to have a bunch of kids to qualify..one or two won;'t get you in

Just looking at the unfinished site i can tell it will be a nice living area. The floor plan is nice and spacious i think they should continue to make low income building for families who are overwhemed with the hight cost of renting.
