Club Pacifica

Quite little place. It's a gated community with covered parking. I love how the pool area is secluded and clean. I was taken back by some of the reviews and noticed no one has really given good or bad reviews in over a year. I always try to disregard the negative reviews and check places out for myself. The grounds were very well maintained and I saw their maintenance person walking around cleaning up trash which was nice to see. This does show that they care for how they present the property. We did walk one apartment which was clean and smelled nice. The living room is quite spacious which is great since I have a very large L shape couch. The kitchen is small but I loved the amount of cabinets they have and the bar top counter, great feature for sure when you have 1 or 2 people living

The property manager accepted my mom’s payment for the background check but never ran the check. She told my mom it would take 1 week for the background check, and that is a lie. Then she told my mom that she didn’t get the unit because she only makes twice as much as the rent, not three times as much. She held on to my moms application for over a week before she asked about my mothers income, but I believe the property manager was trying to stall and save the unit for someone else. This broad is unprofessional and I don’t trust her. Beware of this property manager.

Roach infested ! You won’t find out until you move in and it’s too late. I left these traps down for a few weeks to prove it ( see photos) Don’t rent here!!!! The Manager Tia is so unprofessional and a big slacker. Also very rude! I dont know how she has kept this job for so long. So if you need anything done expect for it to take a while to get fixed or not at all.

I just love the atmosphere, and the Manager TIA such a wonderful person.

Best apartment complex I ever live at! Great Manager and good neighbors. Child friendly as well.
