El Caballero

I’ve been living at the El Caballero Apartments for 2 years and it has really been a great experience. The managers are very nice and always attentive to the tenants needs. Maintenance does a wonderful job with keeping the building in excellent condition and clean. The neighbors are polite and the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful generally speaking. I’m happy I moved hear and I would highly recommend this place to rent.

Nice Place to live! Lately noisy, in the mornings, doors and cabinets slamming at moments you want to sleep in on the weekends. Management keeps the place clean and professional lots of notes tape to the door about water and plumbing I guess it normal water tenants abuse it with the things they throw down the sink and toliets. This place was one of the best places to live Where I 1st moved here no children were allowed than but that changed and it was still great. It had gang and drug activity at one time that got better. It seems to be all gone now. The tenants these days are Ok nobody is perfect The middle apartment's have one window and stay hot and stuffy because they have no circulation of air. The outter apartments have at least 2 windows Buy your own air conditioner and 6 months

I gave 2 star because of management people were very nice people otherwise not worth it. Cockroaches infested people were loud you can hear anyone walking by your apartment. I would have to kill 5-10 cockroaches a day. I buy chemicals to get rid of them but they all over and did not help. Management did spray Chemical too but no help.

roaches. and tons of them. leaks and floods. living in this place made my asthma flare up, and i didn’t even know i had asthma prior to living here. mold everywhere too
