Jeff Lewis runs the business as a one man operation. He’s done alot for people over the years. The mobile home park is an affordable place to go and a safe part of town. His availability is limited and there is a large waitlist of people seeking vacancy. If you ever needed anything and asked - he would help you find it or get the job done. The mobile home park is inexpensive and nicer than its neighbor MHP (Ponderosa). Optimum Management has other properties available outside of the mobile home park but they are limited and there is a waitlist. If you want to go on the waitlist or if you need housing urgently - go to the office and fill out an application. Update: I wrote this review upon meeting Jeff and having lived on the properties for almost a year now I wanted to update my review.

Water and rent is due on the same day. Water bill generally runs you almost 50 bucks each month. So when they say you're paying about 485 a month in rent you're technically paying over 500 since they're both due on the same day. Every single month we magically have late charges added to our account even though our bill was paid in full. So now I once again have to take time out of my day to go to the office and figure out why I'm being charged late fees for nothing when it clearly shows in my account ledger that I shouldn't have any late fees. During inspections the owner will come into your house and comment on how you have your house set up, if you have kids you better make sure your house is spotless as if robots live there because you will be told that you have an untidy house and that

This company is a total scam. My niece found it on the internet with several rentals available. She and her boyfriend filled out an application and paid for it. They haven't heard anything and now the rentals don't show up on the web site. Don't fall for this!

Although some things have changed they still manage to have trashy people move in on a regular. Trailers are old and wore down black mold and fire hazards in the older trailers. Not ideal for a family.

When I lived there I took in my brother and his wife and son when my nephew was just a toddler and I was charged 15,000 but I never paid them because they have been scammers for a long time
