DON’T MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX !! *Didn’t had the great time living here the past 4 months! - It has taken 4 months to get things fixed in my apartment that I informed management about when I first moved in and there still stuff trying to get fixed. - It’s always hard to get ahold of Julie and Kendra in the leasing office on the phone or in the office because they never stay past 5 pm when the office is open till 6pm never know when they are going to come back if they leave during the day. - Property amenity like the pool - patio - dog park - dog was area - car cleaning area are /compactor still not finished / can’t be used. - Sprinklers in some area stay on for 1-4 days / not programmed just to water the grass and not the building or parking lot or

Julia was an amazing sales rep today on our tour of the Sage apartments. She was welcoming and extremely professional. The amenities are exceptional, warm and inviting. I would definitely live here you can’t beat the price and the modern upgrade of the apartments. This place is well worth it not to mention you can rent the clubhouse for 200 dollars for 6 hours, which equals to 35 dollars an hour and you can have the space all to yourself. Overall I am pleased with the customer service Julia provided.

Leading up to my tour, I had an awesome call with Kendra about the prospect of a tour. She made it super easy to schedule. And despite the snowy weather, I had an incredible tour of a 2x2 style with Julia. She did great with making us feel welcome and showed us all the amenities!

I needed an apartment in less than a week, was able to take a great tour with Julia on Tuesday. Friday, I was approved and by Saturday I was moved and settled in. Throughout the application both Julia (Leasing Specialist) and Kenndra (Manager) were happy to help with any questions and problems I had, knowing I was on a tight deadline. Definitely one of the better apartment hunting experiences I've had; would recommend! Also, the apartment unit itself is brand new which is a plus, and whoever made the punchlist during construction did an excellent job.

Recently moved in and honestly surprised reading through previous comments regarding rudeness of staff. From my experience, both Julia and Kenndra have been patient and inviting to me. During my application process, I was able to get a hold of both of them. If they did not pick up immediately, they ensured to return my call with the hour. Also I had trouble signing the lease on the site and Julia and I could not figure it out. Kenndra took the time to come and crack the code to get me past the part that was an issue. Like I say, I moved in yesterday so I can only express my fairly new experience so far. Apartment is very spacious and new so looking forward to enjoying what all Sage has to offer.
