Bluegrass Land Title was so easy to work with. They communicated well with us and thanks to their hard work we closed 2 days earlier than anticipated. The closing process took maybe 15 minutes and was super easy to follow along and understand for us first time home owners. They offered us free coffee, drinks, and snacks and even had us a little custom "Congratulations" on the TV to celebrate our closing. All of the little details added up and thanks to them it will be a day we cherish forever! I highly recommend them.
