Winding Springs Apartments and Townhomes

I recently visited this apartment community in Elizabethtown and was really impressed. The scenery around the property is beautiful, and the grounds looked very well maintained. It also felt very quiet and peaceful, which made the whole place feel relaxing and comfortable. Another big plus is the location. It’s conveniently close to the highway, making it easy to get around while still feeling tucked away from the busy areas. Overall, from my visit, it seemed like a wonderful place to live. The combination of beautiful surroundings, a quiet atmosphere, and convenient access to the highway really stood out.

This is a nice complex and the apartments are spacious, but the handling of the recent snow and ice was extremely disappointing. It took nearly a week for the parking lot to be plowed and even longer for stairs and walkways to be treated. More than a week later, there is still snow and ice on sidewalks and near disability parking, and I have no way to reach my car without walking across untreated, slippery areas. This is a serious safety concern, especially for a property marketed as “luxury.” It was also frustrating that residents received notices about pet waste while basic safety measures like clearing sidewalks and access paths were not addressed. Luxury living! Not even close the trash has been like this for 12 days and our gutter has been hanging and swinging against our townhouse for 12 days as well with zero attentiveness, the plus side if anyone needs to furnish an apartment it’s got all you need by the dumpster I’m sure it will be there for a while

Loved the apartment complex. Clean, organized and the apartments are spacious. The Property Management team is super welcoming and knowledgeable. 🙌🏼

Winding Springs is a great place to live! The apartments are thoroughly cleaned before move in, the maintenance service is great and timely, the office and maintenance staff are super nice and respectful, and the area is quiet and nice. Also the location is great with many good restaurants, shopping areas, and downtown all about 10-20 minutes away.
