Onyx Winter Park

I am new to Onyx @ Winter Park and I love it here! This is RESORT style living at it's BEST! There is an AWESOME staff who is responsive, attentive and gets things DONE! There is Peace and Beauty all throughout this serenity filled atmosphere! I have found a home away from home that has me feeling so BLESSED that it is hard to believe that I am living like THIS! Thank You to ONYX and I can't wait to share my new home with my family and friends! TThanks and GOD BLESS!

We moved here in Nov. 2025. We love it. Management is great and does a lot for the residents. The grounds are well kept, the complex is clean,safe and quiet. Close to shopping,take out restaurants and etc. Maintenance is very responsive. Our apartment was immaculate when we moved in. Office staff is top notch and very patient. Our apartment overlooks water and the ducks are a joy to watch. If you are looking for a really nice place to live I highly recommend Onyx.

Heather is truly amazing! She was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire leasing process. She answered all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable asking anything I needed to. Her support made a very difficult time so much smoother. Edwin was also very helpful and answered all my questions when I spoke with him on the phone. Just moved in 2 weeks ago and already enjoy living here. The apartment was beautiful and clean. So far no issues :)

We cannot wait to move to our new home! Edwin Rivera as part of the leasing team has been exceptional with following up and walking us through the process. Incredible amenities and great newly renovated apartments with very competitive prices.
