Would, and have already recommended Brett Seal from Luxe Mortgage. He is very knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and has the patience of a saint! I hit him with a fair share of changes and he was always calm and ready to talk me off the ledge. He also scheduled a virtual out of state closing for me and everything went smoothly! He is almost always available, and when he is not, he will get back to you as soon as he is (on the same day.) I just can’t say enough great things about him.

I haven’t bought a house yet, but I already wanted to write this because Brett Seal is a real gem! It’s very rare to find someone in sales, who is more concerned about doing the right thing than just closing a deal. Brett was incredibly honest with me from the beginning. Instead of pushing me toward a purchase he actually guided me toward what made the most sense for my situation, even if that means it might take longer for me to buy. He is straightforward and patient, and mostly important: honest! As a single mom and an immigrant, buying a home is a really big step for me. Whenever I do buy, I’ll buy with him. People like this are hard to find! Thank you Brett!!!

TOM IS AMAZING! I’ve spoke to 3 different mortgage companies before finding luxe mortgage and I can say Tom really made my day, heard my concerns and wants for the future. UPDATE: It’s been 2 months working with Tom and Bobby, I’m so filled with happiness and excitement as we closed today and are officially home owners!
