I live out of state and it was time to sell my newly refurbished rental home in Casselberry. I had Rene sell another rental home for me years ago so it was an easy decision to let her sell this one also. Rene went above and beyond to assist in a couple inspection issues that was impossible for me to accomplish being out of state. She then perfectly staged the house to make it an easy sell.
