Oakridge Apartments

Please don’t rent from these apartments. I’m trying to find my daughter else where to live. These are suppose to be income based apartments. Yet, they allow couples to stay and don’t count everyone’s income. They have mice and management is aware. My daughter is dealing with her tub being broke she can’t take a shower neither can her child. She put a work order in 3 weeks ago. When she called she was told by Ben maintenance was busy on other things and will get to it. Then week 3 was notified they ordered the part and she is waiting. They will ignore your calls if they know your phone number so call from a different number. I hope they get better

Rent increase from $761 to $941 for a 2 bedroom "low income/income based" apartment for "increased operating costs". Ridiculous. They already raised the cost of the laundry room use. Increased operating costs? We have one maintenance man who takes his time, I just fix everything myself. For $1,100 you can move to The Park at Vine in Radcliff. Only $158 more than what you'd pay here and they have a POOL and a GYM! If Oakridge had these expenses, I could understand a rent increase but we barely have clean sidewalks. Not to mention you can smoke cigarettes and weed anywhere you like and have it wafting into your apartment and stink it up especially if you DONT smoke. I have air fresheners in every outlet just to keep the smoke smell out. Save your money. Oh and people will ding your car when

so i don’t live there but i’m trying to move in but they are making it very difficult. when i called i didn’t feel welcomed but i went and picked a application up anyway. well to turn in the application you have to call and i’ve been calling all week and no answer at all. i hope everything is okay and i understand if their is family emergency’s but i was exposed to covid yesterday and now have to isolate to be safe and can’t go to the office. i just wish someone could answer the phone :/

Very nice and spacious apartment. Quiet also. Convenient to several stores
