I’m very happy with my apartment, it is very clean. I haven’t had any problem with pests or bugs. Of course I am also a clean person and that helps so you have to keep that in mind for yourself if you are looking to move here. It is pretty quiet, and I am unbothered for the most part . I am happy to have found this apartment . Nice new carpet ! Overall I am pleased, The only thing I am waiting for is a mail key, been waiting 2 months! Besides that, I have zero problems here & it’s a nice place to live

Bryan the maintenance man is amazing, had three complaints within 3 different days fixed within the hour!!! Hope the leasing agent was fantastic! So informative got me into an apartment quick! Was very personal, felt like they care! Never had a management over an apartment that I've lived in be so officient

I was unsure about this apt complex when I inquired ab more info especially because of the horrible reviews but I decided to give it a chance bc there are always 2 sides to every story. First and foremost, the leasing agent that I met through a marketplace ad is very kind, quick to respond, knowledgeable I have an app this coming week for a tour and an application hoping all goes well

Honestly my worst experience renting from anyone I’m 30 years of life. Management doesn’t care and will shut off and shut down amenities that are included in your lease. Maintenance will show up to fix issues and leave them worse before. ( for example my toilet was constantly running which wasn’t the biggest issue to me but they pay the water bill and wanted to fix it so I let them come in to fix and now my toilet doesn’t work at all. I am currently in the process of seeking legal representation for a breach a contract case. Please stay away

Had a friend that was homeless the office staff made the process easy for her to get an apartment an the maintenace supervisor made sure the apartment was ready in a timely manner.
