Meadow Park Apartments

Responsiveness- ★★★ When putting in maintenance requests, they were fairly consistent. The 5 years I was there, they did have a high turn over rate with maintenance personnel so I believe that effected the promptness occasionally. Cleanliness-★★★ Again, I would have given this 4 stars but the dog bag stations were consistently overflowing due to fluctuating maintenance team. There also were consistent issues with people leaving food on the ground that then my dogs would always end up finding. Office staff-★★★★ The staff itself was great. They would treat all my complaints seriously and promptly. There was one time when a higher up sent out emails after taking a tour of the premises and accused us of having a "crate" on our patio when we had a white, nicely kept gate for our dogs to enjoy

Such a clean, well kept neighborhood. It's certainly pricey but the clean, high standard amenities make it worth it. No dingy laundromats or cramped gyms and the apartment layouts are more spacious than they look on the floorplans. A lovely, quiet breath of fresh air!

Moving to Meadow Park Apartments was so easy and smooth! The office staff were incredibly supportive and responsive, especially Kennedy! Instructions were clear, easy to follow, and they had maintenance in our unit the day before we moved in fixing some last minute things we pointed out when we walked the place. I am very excited to live at Meadow Park!

I lived here for 3 years. The maintenance staff and DeAngelo in the office are always friendly and helpful. However, the units are old and need to be renovated. I experienced 3 or 4 separate flooding incidents from pipes in the building backing up or leaking. This was all "greywater" - used shower or sink water, so not very hygenic. They offered to replace the carpet after the first time but said I would be responsible for moving all of my furniture out of the apartment and storing it somewhere while they did the carpet which wasn't physiclly doable as a single woman living alone, nor did I want to pay for a storage unit for something that wasn't my fault. In all cases there was very little communication between maintenance/the office/myself so I had no idea when things would be fixed. Rec

Pros: staff (both office and maintenance), location, peaceful, you won't hear your neighbors, maintenance, safe and clean community (with exception of pet waste, despite waste stations everywhere) Cons: laundry service (allegedly recently addressed, can't comment on new system), dumpsters often full due to illegal dumping, dated units, cheap maintenance of non-essential items, poor quality of communication (new in past few years), annual rent increases (beyond what's necessary for staff raises and property tsxes), questionable water metering practices Long-form review: We lived here for about 7 years.
