Lennar at Shale Creek

Was in the process of getting a mortgage Hailey and team is wonderful however the loan officer is a nightmare Got my husband suspended for contacting during working hours which we said specifically not to, the people on his team respected this he did not He even texted me at 7pm at night!! He has no sense of boundaries or professionalism whatsoever. Very disappointed. We were so excited for the home and thought it was great property but unless you have your ducks in a row for the mortgage process before hand do not bother

Our first home was a Lennar Home at Shale Creek we bought in April of 2018 and Sold in November of 2023. The Quality of the home was not very good. Immediately after moving in we had to replace the entire HVAC A/C System, Roof, and Water Heater. If you want quality, look else where. Homes are always for sale in this area and their are a TON of renters in this community. The HOA is a NIGHTMARE! Please don't make the same mistake my family and I made. Just know if you buy in the older Shale Creek area near the front (Off 114) the water supplier is AQUA Water! Constant boil notices, water tents everything brown ETC and is not drinkable.

So I posted about this a few weeks ago and then took it down because I thought I’d give them another chance. We bought a Lennar home 3 months ago. We’ve been having problems with the a/c getting warm inside between 4pm and 9pm. The thermostat goes up to 80 degrees between those hours and won’t go below 80 degrees until after 9:30pm. It’s been very hot outside this week. We’ve had 3 warranty Tempo techs out here with no success. They say everything is working the way it is suppose to. I’ve been told that the warranty says that I should only expect 15 degrees different from outside to inside. That means if it’s 100 degrees outside I should only expect 85 degrees inside. I’ve escalated this to Lennar corporate because the warranty team has been ignoring my calls, promising me that someone

Our company bought some Lennar Homes, within weeks of completion,the ceiling to wall areas were cracking. They do not build quality homes. Found out from a builder friend that the reason for that is that they use pre-fabricated trusses when they build a house.
