Timberbrook Subdivision

Nice looking houses but extremely low quality built. Within the first few months of being in our home had multiples cracks in the walls/ceilings. And already need roof replacement

Went to go look at our actual home since we've decided and things are starting to happen. The Justin location was 30 mins away but worth the visit. The sales manager, Michael, is a hoot and very pleasant upon our arrival. I informed him that I wanted to take picts, in order to start getting decorating ideas and I was able to ask any questions, of course, about what to expect with the chooses we've chosen for our home. He was happy to assist. Michael needed to step out to tend to a walk thru and he was nice enough to inform us that he was leaving but we were free to continue our visit. We were the only people there and it was nice to be able to focus on my task. Michael made it inviting and enjoyable through our short encounters. Extremely excited about our new build. 🤗
