Bloomfield Homes at Timberbrook

Went to the model home to check out the area. We met with Michael H. and were impressed from the start with his help and knowledge. We had lived in our current house for 28 years and needed the education. We decided to build and Michael kept us updated and never over promised. Kimberly was wonderful with my wife and grown daughters picking out all the interior/exterior colors, materials etc. Our builder Jeremy and his crew did a great job and finished on time which was huge. Michael helped with the sale of our current house and timing was perfect. A few things that needed addressed were handled quickly and professionally. Thank you to the entire team because we love our beautiful home. Highly recommend!!

Bought this home because it's a beautiful home. Come to find out there's a 50k repair needed for drain lines under the foundation and it's outside of warranty. Ensure your cover yourself when buying and get more than just the standand home inspection.

We had an amazing experience with Michael and Bloomfield. We absolutely love our new home and community. I would highly recommend this builder, and have, to anyone and everyone I know. Michael and his team are absolutely amazing. I have never had an experience like that with any other builder and especially not during these times. Above and beyond. I am beyond devastated we had to go with a different neighborhood (all totally about timing and the craziness of this world/,market right now). Five star human that truly help us find our dream home. We started looking for homes about 6 months ago, and we came across Timberbrook and Michael, we talked for over one hour on our original meeting and we have made sure to come at least every other weekend and check in with Michael every time, that was at least 7-8 occasions on top of the original meeting. And while I understand that he might meet a lot of people, every single time he would introduce himself to my husband as if it was the first time he had seen him, while he would make reference to me regarding the floor plan, lot and modifications we wanted. We emailed back and forth multiple times regarding the opening on the new phase and around July he simply stopped communicating.
