Legacy Towns & Flats Apartments

I had the pleasure of living at Legacy for a little over two years. It was my first apartment and I toured 12 different properties before deciding to Lease an Apartment here. I am so thankful I made the right choice by choosing them. JC Hart, Marissa, Olivia, Sydney & Nick have all been amazing to deal with. They genuinely take pride in their property and buildings. There would be times when it was raining and there was still maintenance people doing landscaping work. I've seen some negative feedback regarding insulation/windows. I never really experienced anything like that. I think a lot of people are not aware that Duke had a price hike last year and that is why the electric bills went up. Updated review: Management and maintenance are very responsive and communicate effectively. All of my maintenance requests have always been fulfilled same day or within a couple days of making request. Management is very quick to communicate to residents of amenity closures/changes as well as communicate of upcoming resident events. The management has also updated some of the amenities while I have been here which is nice as well. I will be moving at the end of my lease and the main reasoning being electricity is EXTREMELEY EXPENSIVE. The months of December-February I paid on average $320/month in electric and that was with my thermostat set at 62 and cling wrap sealing all of my windows and doors.

I moved to the Legacy in April 2025 and I have to say "it is been very positive for me", I can`t say anything negative with living here. The layout of my apartment is very roomy, and I have not had any issues with noise. The community itself is very clean and laid back, the office staff is very helpful, caring and professional. Overall I love living here and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new apartment home that is well maintained and located in a great locations

By far this place was my favorite place to live in Carmel! My husband and I lived here for a year after moving from a sister community elsewhere and we loved it! It's been almost a year since we moved in favor of a bigger rental and let m tell you, we miss this place everyday! It really felt like a community you can make into a home here! I remember the new mail woman misdelivered several pieces of mail that I needed for my wedding a few days later and I was so upset when I called the clubhouse. They immediately got to work tracking down and though it took some hours them found my items and hand delivered them to me.
