My home inspection was top notch. Thank you guys so much for doing an absolutely amazing job! Shane Peterson was super professional, knowledgeable, and he absolutely covered everything. Then, he explained it all to me. Even my realtor told me that his report was so much better than what she has seen from others. Definitely made my life a lot easier. So much so that I'm writing a Google review just for Shane. Lol Thanks man!!

just now New DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES Shane with this company performed an inspection on my home and snapped the handle off of a basement sink with the screw inside. He left the water running for 3 days until I returned to my house and never contacted anyone. When asked if this company would take any responsibility in fixing the item that they broke, Shane said “it was loose anyway” and “it was worse than when I found it but I left it at a trickle”. It was absolutely not left at a trickle. Just know that while they are in your home if they damage or destroy items, they will take absolutely no responsibility for this. I was extremely frustrated with the lack of responsibility and customer service. Please, never use this company for any services you require.

I had a home inspection in October. 29. Everything turned out great in the inspection. No major issues. Come to find out when the insurance company came out to do an inspection on the roof November 25, I was told I need a new roof and my insurance will be cancelled unless I replace the roof. I will not recommed this conpany to do home inspection. Buyer beware.

Three years after purchasing my house I’m writing a review. Why you may ask? Because this company let me down. One of the main things you should get right is the roof inspection and they did not. When our home was inspected they said there looks like some slight hail damage and a popped shingle or two. Just recently had my roof inspected again and was informed that our roof is in fact 20+ years old with brittle shingles and significant loss of granules. Needless to say I wish my inspection with this company had found this I probably wouldn’t be looking at a $15-18k roof replacement just 3 years into owning our house.

We recommended this company to our clients during a real estate transaction. The home my clients had inspected was older and the inspector treated the inspection of property as such. He was able to distinguish between the nuances of an older home and its needs versus one built within the last 5 years. All in all, we (my clients and I) were very pleased with the service and would happily use again!
