Our HOA recently terminated HOA Made Easy after multiple years under their management, and the experience exposed serious deficiencies in governance support, record maintenance, and disclosure reliability. During their tenure, we encountered ongoing inconsistencies in information relating to board actions, historical decisions, and Association records. Requests for documentation frequently required repeated follow-up, and in several instances records were incomplete, delayed, or surfaced only after sustained inquiry. A good HOA management company is hard to find. Don't stop here, please keep searching. I wish 0 stars was an option. I can't even believe these two, Denise and Christina, have any clients. I feel sorry for each and every one of them. I would also assume after multiple bad reviews they begged their friends to write good ones for them to push them down to the bottom. Please read all the negative REAL reviews. They are awful, unorganized and unprofessional. I would be happy to share more if needed. I don't want any one else in the same situation or have to deal with people like them.

Whatever you do, not use this management company. I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional, rude, and incompetent as Christina Bielfelt. If she worked for anyone else, she would definitely be fired. She has the most unpleasant demeanor and thinks it's ok to yell at people who are paying her for a service. And when I called her out on being incompetent, she wrote me the most inane response. Most people would have the sense to apologize and reassure their client such incompetence would not happen again. But no, she responds in the most immature way saying she didn't appreciate my comments. If you ask a question, they never respond. And when they do, they are not very helpful. We went to HOA Made Easy after 3 horrible years with LBPM who mismanaged our funds. Our experience has been quite positive in that that they are responsive, return phone calls and emails on a timely basis, and repairs are getting done. Things that had been neglected in years are finally getting addressed. I found Christina Bielfelt and Denise Bergmans to be very attentive and knowledgeable. Most importantly, the Board has access to viewing our financials so there are no sudden surprises, and no bills are paid without the Board’s prior approval. This may sound like basic stuff but given the terrible management that we experienced at LBPM, they were a breath of fresh air!
