This is the roadway around Dolphin Marina Apartments, where Goldrich & Kest are remediating apartments. Within 10 minutes I found 3 drywall screws and 1 metal fragment that hadn't yet found their way into someone's tire. There are potholes due to all the heavy construction equipment going back and forth. All the tenant parking is taken up by construction worker personal vehicles. The sound of jackhammers, metal saws, and nail guns continue from 730 am to 5 pm, Monday to Saturday, holidays included. Even if you do find a parking spot nearby, your car will be covered with grime within hours. Goldrich Kest manages the San Diego Genesee Park property in which I live. The apartments get incredibly hot. Other than that the property manager, Helena Quindoy who’s employed, is horrific. I have informed Goldrich Kest and they seemingly do nothing about it. She tried to charge me hundreds more in rent than the listing. She almost got my car towed. She gave me the key to someone else’s mailbox. She left for a week with no notice or even an automated ”I’m out of office” response to incoming emails. She rarely is in her office during the times she claims and I have not once gotten a response from her without emailing and calling multiple times. Update: After emailing nothing has been done. I would like to thank you for the amazing work and fast service. All workers are very kind and hard working. Maintenance was quick and efficient in fixing my leaky restroom and other things like the sink and running water it works great now. Happy with our new toilet. The repair team did a wonderful job with the dry wall and other fixtures in my apartment. Everything looks and works great. Excellent services and great communication. They are all professional and resolved the issues promptly I definitely recommend.

While I was driving my phone messed up, so I pulled into their Culver City main headquarters parking lot to re-set my directions safely. Within SECONDS a Karen came out of the building and stood by my driver window, and once I rolled it down told me “you can’t park here, this is private property we have signs posted everywhere” in the most accusatory tone you can imagine. If this is how they treat people stopping in their parking lot for seconds, I can’t even imagine how they treat their tenants. Power tripping over a parking lot is childish and shows more than I could tell. Also, I moved like 500ft to the alleyway behind their building and fixed my directions where they couldn’t tell me I wasn’t wanted.

A MAN IS FOLLOWING ME AND GK REFUSES TO GIVE ME A NEW PARKING SPACE This management is terrible. They would rather spend money on landscaping, painting, and windows while police activity occurs and major security breaches are in the building. The keypad in my building doesn't function, and the doors don't close properly for years now. Yet, they force contractors in your private units and make you move you car when they tell you. I just want a new parking space because the space i have is far, and there is a man following me and asking me to get in his vehicle. GK management is aware, and yet they are giving me the red tape about how they "can't change the lease." They say they care about safety, but their actions are different.
