These are the top reasons for the move out: - Walls are very thin. I can hear my neighbors argue, talk, hear everything they do in the kitchen area, constantly banging the walls/stairs. - Can hear everything that goes on through the hallways. - A lot of police activity and these were the the major events: about 15 State Troopers raided the unit below me 4 months into my lease, there was an attempt of murder that happened at the complex on July 31, 2025, and there was a murder at the complex 5-7 years ago - Parking: there is never parking available for the residents that live here. I went through the parking lot one time at night checking for parking stickers on vehicles for the apartment and counted 38 vehicles without a parking sticker. I only went to a showing here. Not even to move in, was not impressed by the apartments. Way to expensive and the apartments looks kind of run down just a cost of paint on top to make it look nice. And surprisingly I brought home a souvenir from visiting (a roach). I’ve been at my current apartment for 3 years and never had bug problems, I come back from visiting this place reading some reviews of bug problems just to notice one that followed me back home. Maintenance is amazing. Had an emergency during middle of the night, they showed up SO fast and handled it perfectly. Apartments are nice, big & quiet. Neighbors are nice & laundry is convenient.

If i could rate this place 0 stars i would. For starters, Brian in the office is extremely rude and has ZERO disregard for any issues you have in this place. I moved from a 1 bedroom loft, to a 2 bedroom loft with no final walk through, unit was never cleaned, there were people IN MY UNIT WHEN I WALKED IN ON MY OWN, nails sticking out of the carpet under the railing upstairs. The buildings were recently renovated but the company did it as cheap as possible to where my microwave had to be forced shut because it was hitting the cabinet, bathroom upstairs sink leaked all over the cabinet upstairs i had to get a bucket to catch all of it. The Utilities here in the Summer and Winter ARE CRAZY in the summertime the unit doesn’t cool off for days and in the winter the unit is FREEZING. My daughter slipped and fell in the parking lot needed 10 stitches having to have her nostril reattached I emailed management no response when I went to the office she said she didn’t see the email but pulled it up right in front of me . My car was broken into in the parking lot, My Package was stolen. My neighbor was a creep.
