Prairie Pointe Apartments

Ive lived here for 5 months now. I have to admit I wasn't 100% when moving in because its a lot smaller and more expensive than my last place, but I think its very affordable for the market and location is amazing. The staff has made me feel like I belong from the minute I walked in to inquire about living here. They even went above and beyond to help me get in with excellent communication and direction. Maintenence is regularly scheduled for things like furnace filter replacement, and smoke alarm testing and quick to respond if there is an issue with anything. They replaced my dishwasher within a week when it stopped working. Communication is amazing from everything from pool opening and closing to lost pet alerts to power outages. We have lived here for almost 5 years. Overall it has been a positive experience. Taylor and stephanie are always nice and professional. Maintenance is always prompt and friendly. I would recommend Prairie Pointe to anyone looking for an apartment

Very nice and quiet community, the ladies in the office are awesome always pleasant when calling for any requests and they host all types of events or giveaways for the holidays to make things fun and have everyone in the complex engaged one recommendation I do have is for there to be a bit more urgenency with salting and clearing the sidewalks with snowfall or icy sidewalks , they do have salt in each building which is great but speaking from personal experience with past winters while pregnant, it’s not easy trying to salt the sidewalk entrance myself during that time, overall I would definitely recommend prairie point to family and friends! I lived here for more than 3 years and my experience was positive overall. The office staff are very nice and the amenities are as advertised. Maintenance was usually responsive when needed. However, I had several concerns: The water pressure got much worse over time and ended up being terrible. The water was turned off without notice on multiple occasions, and we were never informed of when it would be turned back on. I was once late to work because I couldn’t shower in the morning because there was just no water, and we were not informed the water would be shut off that day. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night at least four times during my stay there, and it is my understanding that several of these alarms were due to a fault in the alarm system rather than an actual fi

I've lived here for 5 years now and have never had any major issues. The staff is always very nice. Taylor in particular has always been very kind, and super responsive to our needs. She is also always looking for ways to improve the area. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues that pop up. We are also within walking distance of a lot of stores.
