The Reserve at Prairie Centre

My roommate and I have lived at The Reserve at Prairie Centre for over a year now and we absolutely love it. We toured a few different apartments in the area and kept coming back to this one. The leasing agents were very transparent and knowledgeable throughout the process. There are so many different options of apartment styles and sizes. The apartments are newer and very updated and sleek. We love the amenities, especially the gym, pool, and clubhouse. The apartment is pet friendly and has a little dog park to accommodate pets! Maintenance assistance is extremely quick and everyone who works here has been so helpful and pleasant! They work hard to plan fun events for the residents and it’s evident that they truly care about making the experience of living here spectacular for all residen

We've lived at The Reserve at Prairie Centre for two years now. The property is clean and quiet, the staff is helpful and responsive to maintenance requests. Heated indoor parking is available for rent as well as storage included in your rent. The community center is large and has lots of spaces for relaxing, meeting with friends and the gym has plenty of machines. The outdoor pool and dog run are a nice bonus. Highly recommend this community.

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had as a renter! These apartments are immaculately clean, roomy, modern, and homey. I get a lot of natural sunlight and the patios/balconies are very spacious. Sometimes I walk down to the clubhouse when I’m bored (even at 2am!) and there’s a lot to do! They have big balconies that overlook the pool with comfy furniture and bar tables, a large gym with a wide-variety of modern equipment, plus a movie theater and game tables. Occasionally, I think about my place in Naperville and wow, what a huge difference for the price! These apartments are brand new; I truly hope they keep up with them for years to come because it is a gorgeous, charming place to call home.

Recently had to move due to work relocation and chose Prairie Center due to their great move-in special, good location to Randall and nice amenities. These are the newest apartments I have lived in, and they are pretty much perfect for me. Management is on top of any issues I had with my unit. Communication and events with the property management are addressed via text/email, which is much more reliable than the paper taped to doors which I am used to. The leasing office is also open seven days a week which I appreciate. The pool and grounds are relatively clean (tenants on the other hand can be slobs but that's to be expected no matter where you live). The underground parking is clean, dry and brightly lit, as well as providing a small cage for extra storage. My unit is surprisingly well-

I want to be able to give you guys 5 stars. The property is very well maintained, staff/maintenance is friendly, the unit is very nice, etc. However, it’s really funny to receive an email from management asking current tenants to leave a review in exchange for the possibility of winning a $500 giftcard, when you guys literally still owe us one. It’s the very FIRST line of our lease. “$500 giftcard payable after move-in.” We have lived here for almost 6 months. We followed up on it almost every other week for the first 2 months that we lived here. We were always told “You should receive it within the first 90 days,” With a final response in early December, December 1st to be exact, stating “Sorry, there is no current timeline on the payout of your giftcard.” We have left it alone since, (4
