We were told by Bucky that he doesn’t deal with any property that is under $100,000 and was not interested in helping with any information. He said he would reach out to other realtors and no one contacted us. Makes me wonder if the owner of these houses are aware that several real estate agents are not interested in seller their homes.

Bucky listed our property in February 2022. We have 13 +/- with 5 houses. He has patiently worked with us to decide how we wanted to sell it all. He originally came out, took pictures and posted the property as a whole. I took more pictures in the spring, he's always willing to change whatever we requested. When a potential buyer was interested in purchasing only one of the 5 houses, he willingly made the adjustments to make it happen. For us, his patience, his professional, yet personal attention is his greatest asset. If you are looking for a realtor to work with you, give him a chance, you will not be disappointed.
