Absolutely terrible experience. We booked a property almost 1 year in advance to be in the same condo as a few families for Spring break. A few weeks before hand we get a call that the property is under construction but we'll be moved to the property next door which is not under construction. That was not the case, check out the pictures. The property manager, Caroline, said they would look into giving us a refund? Then when we get home I recieve an email with "additional" cleaning charges for $500 for items that were inaccurate. We will never rent from this agency again.

Just returned from great trip to Orange Beach thanks to Coastal Properties. We stayed at Sunswept which is where we stayed many times in the past. The condo we rented this trip was comfortable, updated and clean. The view and pool are priceless. The location couldn't be better. We were so close to great places to eat and grocery stores. Murray, Sherry and staff are friendly and helpful. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay when we come to Orange Beach. Hope to get back there SOON!!!!

Our family has been staying at Sunswept for years. The units we’ve stayed in are always clean, well appointed, family-friendly, and so convenient to shopping, restaurants, the state park (biking, etc), and of course the beautiful beach right outside the patio. (Watch for dolphins while you sip your morning coffee!) We always look to Sunswept for an affordable and memorable family trip to Orange Beach.

10/10 experience! Our unit at Sunswept was so close to the beach. This is a smaller condo building so the pool and parking lot weren't crowded at all! The people in the office were very helpful! Called the office instead of using VRBO and they saved me some money!! we will be back!

We have never had anything but great times at Sunswept! While it is an older condominium complex, it is always clean, comfortable and right on the beach! It is our favorite place to stay!
