Anchor Title Company - Orange Beach

Anchor Title is an outstanding company. I've used them on several closings, and have not had one issue. They are quick to address issues that sometimes occur during real estate transactions. As a new Realtor, they are very supportive and take the time to answer questions I have for myself or my clients. As recent as this weekend, one of my clients had to leave town unexpectedly just a few days away from closing. I called Anchor Title on Sunday and by Monday morning they had executed a new plan to ensure the closing happens on time! I highly recommend Anchor Title Company-Orange Beach!

Amanda and staff at Anchor Title have always met my expectations and have never disappointed my clients. The closings scheduled have always been on time and all documents prepared timely. Closing was a nightmare from start to finish. What a mess of an organisation. They don’t even know basic legal principles or procedures. What a pitty! I can go on and on, yet I am so disappointed no reason to waste time with this review or company.

I have used Anchor Title on many occasions. They always provide swift and ongoing communication keeping me in the loop of any changes or needs associated with the transaction. Each of the title closers I have worked with are professional and know their stuff! Anchor title has multiple convenient locations throughout Baldwin, Mobile and Escambia counties! I would recommend them (and I do) to anyone needing real estate title work.
