Echo Park Bloomington

Echo Park has exceeded my expectations! The place is super clean and the amenities are top-notch. Jasmine, the community rep, has been amazing - she's always quick to address any issues and makes sure everything gets fixed ASAP. Highly recommend echo park apartments.

I really enjoyed living at Echo Park. The fitness center, dog park, and business center made life convenient, and the community felt safe and quiet. The only downside was the valet trash — some neighbors didn’t follow the rules, which occasionally caused odors in the hallway. Still, I’d definitely recommend it for families or single professionals. It truly felt like home!

Don’t rent here! They towed my son’s car with no notice when he had a parking pass. They sent a message via the resident app to residents but you don’t get those messages unless you go into the app. Important info like new parking passes and towing information should be shared via text or email! At a minimum send a text saying check the app for the new parking policy!! Now we have to pay $175 to get his car back so he can go to work today. They also take FOREVER to fix work orders. It’s just not worth your money to rent here. There are many better rental companies in Bloomington.

I have visited Echo Park a few times to hang out with my friend and over the last few months. I have noticed it’s gone downhill, the previous maintenance man. Mike was amazing at what he did and made us feel that he really was concerned and really had care for his tenants Whenever they would put in a maintenance request, he was top notch the best maintenance man I’ve ever seen and showed compassion for his job. I haven’t seen Mike lately. But wherever he is, I hope he is excelling in life the way he excelled here echo park He was still here. I would give this place a five star hands-down!

It's a decent place to live but it's full of incompetent and lazy college kids. They park in handicap spots and nobody does a damn thing about it. It's against the law to use these spots without a pass. They really need to start enforcing this kind of thing. It's getting ridiculous.
