McGirt's Creek is the first neighborhood Drees is building in Nassau County, and our experience with them has been nothing short of phenomenal. Looked at several developments liked how in this one the houses were farther apart. After several trips out to mcgirts creek I finally found a guy named Ben at the model home. Spoke with him a little bit got some info. But after really thinking about the conversation something wasn't right with him. He seemed very slimy. But I really liked the area. So i decided to go back and talk to some of the home owners. I spoke to 2 home owners on the side with a lot of construction going on. The one lady just moved in with in the last few weeks. She's got a list of stuff that needs to be fixed already. I even had to send my son over to the playground they have so he wasn't hearing the bad conversation. They were both not happy.
