Absolute worst trash service we have EVER had. Multiple times they would not even pick up ours & our neighbors trash and had it overflowing for 2 weeks, then if it’s not in the trash can they will just leave anything extra for you to discard. Also HORRIBLE customer service. Inconsistent with billing notices... and don’t get me started on the water services which are 10x worse! These jerks dug up a huge hole in our front yard and did not fix the damage but insisted we needed to get our HOA to fix their damages. If you have the option to not deal with anything cypress cove than take it! I strongly recommend hill country waste for trash services instead, they are worlds better, more professional, great customer service, & will pick up ALL of your trash instead of forgetting it for weeks
