Independence Title Bulverde/Spring Branch

Keri and team at Independence Title are the absolute best!!! When I moved my business here 4 years ago I tried another local title company and their level of service was subpar and I felt that I had to chase down information anytime I needed an update on the title side of the file.Keri’s team is always ahead of the game and is fantastic about keeping me and my clients informed each step of the way. Thanks for being amazing!!

Sadly, this company needs to be watched carefully for details. They did not put correct mailing details. These were given to 2 weeks before closing by our realtor. It is the title companies responsibility to get this information to the County tax office and other entities. This has led to many problems due to their incompetence. They are not taking responsibility for this . We have purchased many homes, businesses, and real estate over the years and this is our only negative experience. Shop for another title company. It will save you lots of grief and money.

Disappointed, receptionist said, "can not help me find a title on a property.because I did not close with them". I have closed with them on multiple properties in Comal county including my home in Bulverde. Will need a new title company.

Just left an amazing class teaching us about google business and how efficient it can be. They have a lot of tools and resources. Awesome title company!!!
